1. No Refunds

Physical Products

  • All Sales Final: All purchases of physical products are final. We do not offer refunds on any physical goods purchased from Level Up Method.
  • Exceptions: The only exception is if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival (see Section 2).

Digital Products and Services

  • All Sales Final: Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Access Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital purchase, please contact us for assistance.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Replacement Policy

  • Eligibility: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for a replacement of the same item.
  • Time Frame: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Process:
    • Contact Us: Email us at hello@internalshredchallenge.comΒ with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
    • Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
  • Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.

3. How to Initiate a Replacement

  • Step 1: Email support@leveldupmethod.com with the subject line "Replacement Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".
  • Step 2: Include the following in your email:
    • Full Name
    • Order Number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect
  • Step 3: Wait for our customer support team to review your request and respond with further instructions.

4. Non-Eligible Situations

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after purchasing.
  • Incorrect Use: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect is not covered.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Digital Product Access
