1. No Refunds
Physical Products
- All Sales Final: All purchases of physical products are final. We do not offer refunds on any physical goods purchased from Level Up Method.
- Exceptions: The only exception is if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival (see Section 2).
Digital Products and Services
- All Sales Final: Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Access Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital purchase, please contact us for assistance.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Replacement Policy
- Eligibility: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for a replacement of the same item.
- Time Frame: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

- Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
- Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.
3. How to Initiate a Replacement
- Step 1: Email support@leveldupmethod.com with the subject line "Replacement Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".

- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect
- Step 3: Wait for our customer support team to review your request and respond with further instructions.
4. Non-Eligible Situations
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after purchasing.
- Incorrect Use: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect is not covered.
- Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. Digital Product Access

- No Replacements: Digital products are not eligible for replacement unless there is a technical issue that we cannot resolve.
